David Heron, was a former chairman of Premier and died at the age of 81. He held the position of chairman from 1996 – just a year after Premier Christian Radio was launched - until his retirement in 2008. The former stockbroker moved from a successful career in the City to serve with the Christian media group.

Closer To God
Closer to God was a celebration of the life and ministry of Peter Kerridge who passed onto glory on the 8th June 2024. This gathering was created to honour his legacy with contributions from worship leaders Graham Kendrick, Noel Robinson and musical director, Noel Tredinnick. Tributes were given by friends including Archbishop Angaelos of London, leader of the Coptic Orthodox Church; family and a biblical message from evangelist Rico Tice.
Should Christians be financially successful?
Shell Perris leads Alive Ministries, helping families worship. She also oversees family ministries at Big Church and Creation Fest, and is part of The Lions, equipping Christians in business. Gary Spicer, a leader in The Lions under Imagine the Day, manages the Eternal Wall of Answered Prayer and Big Church Festival. He has ties to the Edmiston family, who are Christian funders. In their talk with Emma Fowle, they discussed entrepreneurship, money in church, and supporting Christian business leaders.
